About The Position

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will develop strong relationships with potential clients, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how our SaaS solution can drive value with a focus on the closure of high-quality deals. Success in this role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience 1-3 years.
  • Looking for opportunities to grow within a startup company.
  • You go into every sale ready to close the deal.
  • Tailoring the right solution for a variety of small business owners.
  • You understand how SaaS technology works and have basic technical skills.
  • You crave to be the best at what you do and always look to improve your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify prospects, showcase product value, and successfully close SaaS deals.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by executing the sales strategy and driving results.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and results in CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Coordinate seamless handoffs between Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth client journey.
  • Actively participate in our endless efforts to improve our flow by providing feedback on lead quality and work processes.
