About The Position

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding Aptean’s presence in the small to mid-market food and beverage industry. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building trusted relationships with key decision-makers. Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful B2B software sales experience (ERP, SaaS, or related enterprise solutions preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other related business software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in the food & beverage market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and operational stakeholders, positioning Aptean as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, solution consultants, and customer success teams to drive pipeline, generate business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage qualified pipeline of both outbound and inbound leads
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
