Your Impact As an Account Executive you will lead the sale of Axon’s Real Time Awareness product portfolio—including drones, counter-drone solutions, Drone as First Responder (DFR), and Fusus to state Department of Corrections agencies. Partnering closely with Key Account Leaders and the broader Axon sales organization, you’ll drive complex, high-impact engagements that help corrections agencies deploy aerial technology to enhance security, situational awareness, and operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to senior corrections leaders, manage critical internal and external partnerships (including key technology partners), and translate sophisticated technical solutions into clear, mission-aligned value. This is a field-based, highly autonomous role that blends technical expertise, relationship-building, and strategic selling to help scale one of Axon’s most important growth initiatives within the corrections market.
