Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in health benefits, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen and familiarity with underwriting principles.
  • Experience managing complex client accounts.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations.
  • Demonstrated success growing a book of business and driving client outcomes.
