About The Position

Everbridge is seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management solutions. The ideal candidate combines mission-driven discipline with the ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver complex continuity strategies to enterprise clients- especially within Fortune 1000 companies. Ideal location for this role is remote within: The Northeast or New York areas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in business continuity, SaaS, or enterprise resilience services.
  • Solid understanding of business continuity frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, FEMA standards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

  • U.S. military veteran status or previous law enforcement background "is a plus" with demonstrated leadership and mission-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for your assigned territory that includes mix of new business, growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and nurture existing ones.
  • Develop and close sales from around $75,000 to $100,000 in annual value.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, engaging with various stakeholders to demonstrate the platform’s value and ROI.
  • Accurately manage and forecast your sales pipeline using Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and product-specific teams to create tailored solutions that ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.
  • Build strategic alliances within the sales ecosystem, including Channel Partners and Service Providers.
  • Partner with internal teams to effectively complete RFPs.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and user groups.
