The Account Executive is an externally focused role responsible for driving growth, retention, and long-term value through ownership of key broker, prospect, and strategic account relationships. This role is accountable for clearly and compellingly articulating the MEC Difference—positioning MEC’s Claims Advantage, analytics, and consultative model as a differentiated solution in the marketplace. The position combines strategic business development, agency leadership, and hands-on account execution to ensure MEC’s value proposition is fully understood, adopted, and sustained. The Account Executive serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned agencies and accounts, translating MEC’s capabilities into trusted partnerships that drive profitable growth and enduring client loyalty.
