In other companies this role may be titled as Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR), Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR), Business Development Executive, Senior Account Development Representative (Sr. ADR), Sales Executive, Growth Executive, and Client Development Executive. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, growing revenue, and driving technology solutions across a managed services portfolio. The Account Executive will be responsible for retaining and expanding client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver value-added solutions. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of MCA’s Core Managed IT Services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven business acumen with a strategic, client-first mindset
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing sales or pre-sales role
  • Ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes for operational efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage assigned client base to maximize retention and satisfaction
  • Proactively obtain new clients and expand net-new business opportunities
  • Conduct customer meetings and own the full proposal lifecycle—from creation to presentation
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Team on contract documentation, kickoff processes, and quality control
  • Maintain accounts with a focus on audit support and sustainable growth
  • Support vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) and Technology Advisor engagements
  • Track sales opportunities and manage pipeline through CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing sales certifications and training programs
  • Conduct annual account reviews and provide comprehensive reporting
  • Perform monthly contract maintenance to ensure alignment with client needs
