The Account Executive will play a key role in driving Lucid Bots' growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the value of our products and services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is instrumental in expanding Lucid Bots' presence in the market and achieving ambitious sales targets.   • Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline using Hubspot to ensure consistent progress and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights, align on goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of Lucid Bots' solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, key metrics, and insights to leadership.
  • Obtain a Part 107 certification and conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers to showcase capabilities and drive engagement.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in the robotics, technology, or SaaS industry.
  • Prior success self-sourcing qualified opportunities via call, text, email, and LinkedIn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical products and translate their value to diverse audiences.
  • Operates with a strong sense of urgency to pursue leads, accelerate deal cycles, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Previous start-up experience heavily preferred but not required.
