About The Position

The Account Executive will have responsibility for the full sales process (Prospect to Close) as well as customer support and retention. This is a sales role selling our Enterprise Product offerings, in addition to supporting Scaled Agile to evolve its strategy for bringing solutions to market. You will drive prospects and customers to optimal outcomes from SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and AI Native, the growing community and portfolio of training, and collaborative software offerings as customers transform their organizations. You will be responsible for cultivating meaningful, lasting relationships with the entire value chain of our customers, ranging from developers to executives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota carrying in complex Enterprise sales environments, preferably leading the sale of sophisticated technology and services.
  • Experience driving transformation deals in large global accounts with multi-million dollar spend thresholds
  • Experience engaging and building C-level and other executive relationships
  • Experience navigating complex procurement processes with multiple stakeholders and complex purchasing needs
  • Proficient in leading and guiding a highly matrixed support team across geographies, getting cross functional teams aligned and marching toward the same goals
  • Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-oriented approach in discovering new opportunities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience collaborating with a partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth for customers.
  • Solid understanding of selling transformational and Organizational Change Management services.
  • Familiarity with Agile and AI methodologies and the capability to articulate the benefits of SAFe to potential clients.
  • Skill in developing tactical account plans that showcase a strategic approach to account expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target organizations to increase revenue and implement customer success strategies during their Lean-Agile and AI business transformations.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key business decision-makers in target client organizations.
  • Understanding the business objectives and challenges of potential customers and positioning solutions to address their needs.
  • Leading complex negotiations and contract discussions with customers.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated go-to-market team to ensure the success, growth, and renewal of large Enterprise clients in your territory.
  • Contribute to internal efforts to enhance Scaled Agile's solution offerings, driving the business to new heights.
  • Conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Providing regular updates and forecasts on sales performance to senior management.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Support and initiate marketing activities aligned with agile and AI industry events, meetups, and conferences to boost SAFe brand visibility.
  • Be available for travel, though most client interactions will occur from your home office.
