Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role at an IT MSP.
  • Deep knowledge of the IT industry.
  • Technical understanding of the solutions that a prospect would need to use and the ability to explain these solutions in a non-technical way.
  • Sales mentality and ability to lead a sales conversation.
  • Willingness and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Qualify leads that our SDR schedules with you.
  • Partner with Kinetix’s engineers, project managers, and support teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Represent Kinetix at industry events and networking functions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
