This role involves executing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and cold calling to pitching, high-level negotiation, and final closing. The Account Executive will strategically identify and qualify high-potential business opportunities across diverse industries, focusing on decision-makers in HR, Facilities, and Workplace Experience. They will present Picnic’s value proposition through tailored proposals, lead field engagement with a strong physical presence for in-person meetings and site visits, maintain meticulous CRM records for accurate forecasts, and partner with Marketing and Operations for successful client onboarding.
