About the position
The Account Executive position at Morales Group Staffing serves as a vital liaison between the company and its clients, focusing on maintaining and enhancing client relationships. This role is responsible for client advocacy, ensuring satisfaction in service delivery, and exploring new revenue opportunities. The Account Executive will also provide technical sales support and guidance on major client onboarding, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide account management and client advocacy, building rapport with clients and exploring new revenue opportunities.
- Lead special projects to enhance service delivery consistency to the client base.
- Act as a product specialist, providing technical sales and presentation support to generate new business revenue.
- Liaise between the sales force and branch managers to oversee major clients and onboarding processes.
- Review project scopes and participate in the startup of new large projects.
- Drive sustainable growth while ensuring a consistent client and employee experience.
- Cross-sell company products and services to achieve operational targets.
- Research and prospect companies, scheduling presentations with decision-makers.
- Facilitate the transition of account responsibility with team members and ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain and update client files, sharing best practices and assisting in collections as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Department of Labor Laws (Federal/State specific) preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and conciseness in communication.
