  • Solid understanding of in-home care and the broader healthcare market, including regulatory compliance.
  • Strong business acumen to close deals and manage multiple referral accounts effectively.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of business development within the assigned territory, targeting healthcare facilities, physicians, and community organizations.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture new referral partnerships while maintaining existing relationships to drive referral growth.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed about services and offerings.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand and address the needs of referral partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of referred clients to agency services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, tracking sales activities in CRM software.
  • Represent the company at local industry events and participate in marketing initiatives to raise awareness of services.
  • Collaborate with fellow Account Executives to share best practices and contribute to team success.
