Your problem-solving skills, personal initiative, and discretion will be essential as you assess the character of businesses and the potential for Beacon Hill to partner successfully with them to meet their staffing needs. You will be expected to represent Beacon Hill positively in the marketplace, addressing the needs of existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and implementing favorable deals with clients, ensuring successful and profitable project completions. This is a relationship-focused sales position where your efforts directly correlate with your results. You will be expected to hold yourself accountable to your goals and continuously work on building your book of business. Your daily activities will involve researching and identifying prospective clients, making a high volume of calls, managing the job order process, and maintaining strong client relationships through various forms of engagement.
