About the position

Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic, results driven and hungry Account Executive to be at the forefront of our “land and expand” growth strategy, responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and closing new accounts. The role involves leading the charge in identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and driving revenue by selling Kaseya's suite of solutions to potential clients. The Account Executive will engage with executive-level decision makers, achieve sales targets, collaborate with internal teams, manage opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Engage with executive-level decision makers such as CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and product specialists.
  • Track opportunities throughout the sales process and ensure strong Salesforce hygiene.
  • Provide a professional and seamless sales experience.
  • Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns to create new prospects and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a hunter role.
  • Proven ability to prospect, cold call leads and close deals.
  • High energy, driven, and passionate about sales and customer success.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce).
