Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, Server and Cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with digital agencies and their clients.
  • Proficiency in understanding the business models of digital agencies and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Experience in managing a book of business and growing adoption & revenue.
  • Persuasive and effective in both verbal and written communication.
  • Strong integrity in sales and customer relationships.
  • Driven to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Ability to provide effective solutions within our scope of support.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as 6sense and Outreach.io, along with general tech savviness.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals and managing the ongoing account relationship.
  • Oversee a portfolio of agencies, uncovering net-new sales opportunities to increase adoption and revenue contribution for Bluehost.
  • Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io to identify and target digital agencies and freelancers.
  • Generate both short and long-term results by landing deals of varying sizes across the smb and mid-market segments.
  • Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new agencies onto the Bluehost platform, ensuring they are well-integrated and supported.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with digital agencies to foster ongoing partnerships.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the hosting solutions landscape and how Bluehost can meet the needs of each prospect.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
  • Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Excel in both verbal and written communication, influencing and engaging stakeholders.
