Account Executive – Vehicle Wraps

About The Position

CL Visual is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Executive to manage and grow relationships within our vehicle wraps and branding portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships, coordinating projects internally, and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience from initial request through final delivery. Requirements

3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

Experience in printing, signage, vehicle wraps, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services and solutions
Manage incoming requests, project scopes, and timelines
Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Installation teams to ensure seamless execution
Oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
Track and report on account activity, performance, and KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records and client data
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
