Join the US SMB & Growth travel team at Airwallex and help articulate how our product suite addresses pain points in the travel industry, from managing cross-border payments to mitigating currency fluctuations. If you have a customer first mentality, are solution focused, obsessively curious about everything, and have a desire to make an impact and grow yourself, our market, and our customers, then you have found your calling. Your primary focus will be bringing on new SMB travel customers and leveraging your skills in pitching, negotiating and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success. Overall, you’ll help modernize how travel companies move money and you’ll translate real industry pain points: supplier payouts across borders, FX exposure, reconciliation chaos, and fragmented payment flows. This role is based in New York City.
