About The Position

The Account Executive for Burwood is the “face” of the organization for our customers, business partners, and community. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through partner-led and co-sell motions, with a strong emphasis on at least two of Burwood’s core solution areas, such as AI, Enterprise Networking, Azure / Google Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Collaboration. You will develop executive-level relationships, lead strategic account planning, and deliver outcome-driven solutions through deep collaboration with internal teams and key technology partners.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in technology consulting or IT services
  • IT services experience required, including demonstrated success selling complex technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of at least two of Burwood’s core solution areas, such as: Enterprise Networking, familiarity with modern network architectures, SD-WAN, and network modernization strategies Cybersecurity, the ability to position security frameworks, risk management solutions, and managed security services Collaboration, knowledge of collaboration platforms, and modern workplace productivity solutions Cloud, Azure, and/or Google, understanding of cloud strategy, migration, hybrid cloud, and managed cloud services Adoption & Training, experience supporting customer transformation through enablement and change management resources Customer Experience (CX), ability to articulate CX improvement strategies through technology and managed programs
  • Ability to understand and position AI‑driven solutions, including how AI enhances cloud, security, networking, and collaboration outcomes for customers
  • Well‑versed in hybrid IT environments and multi‑solution integration
  • You are highly driven, resilient, and growth-oriented.
  • You maintain VP- and C-level relationships across customer and partner organizations.
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding quota through partner-influenced and partner-sourced deals.
  • You bring a strong network within the IT leadership and channel ecosystem.
  • You excel in a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • You are proactive, strategic, and disciplined in opportunity management.
  • You seek to understand the “why” behind every initiative and continuously refine your approach.
  • You are energized by the intersection of business, technology, and partnerships.
