Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • 1-3 years of leadership or management experience in sales, account management or customer service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Organized and efficient with excellent follow-through
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Creative in how you approach challenges and opportunities

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the music industry or musical instruments is a strong advantage
  • Passionate about music, education, or the arts (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and target potential clients for building strong relationships with them and the company.
  • Conduct research to understand clients needs and pain points and develop target solutions to address their challenges.
  • Lead and collaborate with other members of the sales team sharing best practices and strategies.
  • Work in-tandem with the Director of Sales assisting and supporting needs of the sales organization
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build industry knowledge and network with potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Assist with sales events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
