About The Position
LogicMonitor is seeking an experienced Account Executive for our Strategic Enterprise team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. As part of our team, you will engage with IT personnel and key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions using our leading hybrid observability platform, LM Envision. This platform, powered by AI, provides operational visibility and predictability across IT stacks, enabling enterprises to enhance employee and customer experiences. In this position, you will utilize a solution sales approach to institute IT performance monitoring and SaaS-based enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities across both short and complex sales cycles, prioritizing opportunities, and effectively allocating resources. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive growth by closing new accounts and expanding existing ones, while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce. You will consistently meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets, contributing to the overall success of LogicMonitor.
