We are looking for a strategic, consultative, and results-driven Account Executive to act as a trusted partner to our most important North American clients and strategic partners. In this role, you will directly support the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer in driving new sales, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening Ubiminds’ ecosystem of strategic partners across advisory, consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service engagements. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role focused on accelerating revenue growth through consultative selling, account expansion, and partner collaboration. You will own the full client and partner lifecycle — from identifying new business opportunities and shaping partnership strategies to delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) that reinforce Ubiminds’ position as a premier nearshore provider of Advisory, Consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service solutions. You will play a key role in building long-term partnerships that generate mutual value, strengthen go-to-market collaboration, and expand our presence within strategic accounts and partner ecosystems.
