About The Position

Be an integral part of our sales team to drive new business opportunities for 4flow. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to closing the deal. Identify new business development opportunities in North America. Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales. Conduct sales presentations including product demonstrations supported by pre-sales and 4flow software consulting (on-site and via the web) tailored to the customers’ requirements. Liaise with the Product Management team to maintain a detailed working knowledge of the application and development roadmap. Ensure the smooth post sale transition of customers to the Solutions Delivery team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain software sales
  • Knowledge of optimization principles and software packages
  • Understanding of how software creates value for clients
  • Domain expertise in supply chain design, planning, forecasting, transportation, or distribution
  • Domain expertise in sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDIC training
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to articulate key messages and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated and creative with a drive to learn
  • Ability to think conceptually on the fly
  • Adaptive to change in a fast-changing technology environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (technical major desirable) or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or supply chain management
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
