About The Position

The Account Executive, Small Business at ExploreMyPC is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential small business clients, and closing sales. This role focuses on promoting web design and technology services to businesses, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, Small Businesses, digital services, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, lead tracking, and sales funnel management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in web design, digital marketing, or tech-related sales.
  • Knowledge of SEO, UX/UI design, and web development practices.
  • Experience with sales software like Intercom CRM Platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential Small Business clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other methods.
  • Reach out to new Small Business prospects and follow up with existing leads to close sales opportunities.
  • Meet with potential Small Business clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate website design solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ExploreMyPC’s services to Small Businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service before and after the sale.
  • Handle pricing and contract negotiations to close deals that benefit both the Small Business client and ExploreMyPC.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor services, and market demand to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results, providing reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Work with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and align on business goals.
