About The Position

As a fast-paced, early-stage venture capital-backed B2B SaaS company, we're looking for a motivated Account Executive in Utah to help us continue our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a consultative sales approach and be highly organized throughout the entire deal cycle. We're in the market for an Account Executive who's considered a game changer in sales. This needs to be a talented salesperson who succeeds through perseverance and fulfilling customer needs. We are looking for someone who is coachable, consultative, organized, and very comfortable with outbound prospecting and progressing deals forward. In return, you will have the chance to sell an especially unique product and broaden your sales portfolio, all while experiencing the thrill of being at a SaaS startup. This role will report directly to the VP of Revenue and work closely with our team to collaborate and drive revenue. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about sales, but also the future of work. The ideal candidate will have a desire to help organizations around the world flourish and unlock growth through optimizing their people, profits, and real estate footprint through Kadence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-growth sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Experience leveraging sales CRM and lead generation platforms are a + (Hubspot, Dialpad, Gong for example)
  • Track record of demonstrating thorough follow-up process and deal progression
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Hunger to learn, passion for results
  • A drive to work in a fast-paced, international and ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline from beginning to end stages
  • Prospect / Outreach (up to 35% of the time)
  • Demonstrate fearlessness to pick up the phone & call prospects
  • Highly organized, with thorough follow up process
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Immerse yourself in our product and understand the value proposition for our ICP
  • Be coachable & use data-driven strategies to drive sales and exceed targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and pain points, communicating the value of Kadence products with ease
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to drive growth
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a hunger for success
