As an Account Executive with Texicare, you will serve as a strategic partner to agents, driving the retention and organic growth of our group insurance portfolio. You will join a dynamic and passionate team that is transforming the health insurance landscape by delivering innovative and affordable products and services to small businesses in Texas. Your primary focus will include providing excellent service and support to clients in West Texas (El Paso), retaining and growing the business, and building and maintaining long-term relationships with agencies. You will also collaborate closely with the Sales Executives and the Sales Enablement team to ensure smooth and seamless customer experience. To excel in this role, you must be a results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the health insurance industry and a proven track record of managing insurance accounts.
