The Role Porter Novelli seeks an Account Executive (AE) OR Senior Account Executive (SAE) to support communications programs for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. You will play a hands-on role in helping to execute thoughtful, high-impact campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior team members and integrated partners to keep projects on track, contribute to content development, and help bring client initiatives to life with precision and enthusiasm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading pharmaceutical brands, drive meaningful communications initiatives, and contribute to a purpose-driven team. Experience or interest in oncology is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or marketing; agency experience and exposure to large, integrated programs preferred.
  • Health communications experience preferred; familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, or health communications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Veeva and preparing documents for MLR reviews is a strong advantage.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Understand digital and social media strategies and their role in communications campaigns.
  • Ability to manage projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented, proactive mindset.

  • Experience or interest in oncology.
