The Account Executive - Season Tickets is responsible for selling new season ticket accounts and retaining a portion of season ticket accounts that they personally sold from previous years. This position will also be responsible for generating season ticket sales by bringing in new accounts and maintaining a relationship with these accounts in order to retain them annually. Additional responsibilities include providing ongoing communication via telephone, e-mail, mail and ticket system technology driven platforms including CRM, generating new business through calling prospects assigned through the lead model, lapsed Season Seat Holders, and accumulated leads from past seasons, and promoting the sale of new and renewal season tickets.
