About The Position

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. We are looking for someone who is really skilled in both speaking and writing in English.

Requirements

  • Bring 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development to the table.
  • Hands-on experience in MCA lending is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Great at building relationships and connecting with others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in active listening with a friendly, consultative approach to sales
  • Open-minded and eager to tackle challenges with a positive attitude
  • Highly organized with strong time management and a self-motivated spirit for fieldwork
  • Proficient in leveraging CRM tools to drive efficient lead tracking and sales pipeline management.
  • Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to enhance productivity.
  • Confident in hosting engaging virtual meetings and delivering compelling presentations through platforms like Zoom and Teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • That said, if you bring significant hands-on experience in sales, lending, or real estate, we’re excited to consider that as a valuable alternative to formal education.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with NYC-based ISOs.
  • Drive new business opportunities (ITPs) by meeting and exceeding targeted KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with ISOs to grasp their unique needs and showcase the WBL product as the ideal solution.
  • Increase loan origination volume by developing ISO partnerships through a consultative and personalized sales approach.
  • Spend four days a week visiting ISOs and one day working from the home office to maximize engagement and productivity.
