Our collection of companies includes the central Harvest Hosts product, a membership that offers unique overnight stays at wineries, breweries, distilleries, golf courses, museums, and other scenic small businesses; Boondockers Welcome, a community of RVers allowing guests to stay overnight on their property; Escapees RV Club, one of the largest and most established RV membership organizations, offering resources, education, and community for all RVers; CampScanner, an alert service to book sold-out campgrounds; and Brit Stops, a membership program connecting motorhome tourists in the UK and Ireland with small businesses for overnight stays. We give travelers access to unique experiences that enhance their adventures, while also helping local businesses and communities thrive. Harvest Hosts' B2B Focus: Traditionally, Harvest Hosts has focused on consumer-facing membership products. In recent years, we have put more emphasis on establishing and growing our B2B presence. Our B2B revenue push includes -- selling sponsorships and booth packages for Escapees RV Club events, developing magazine and digital advertising assets, creating unique paid partnership opportunities, and launching other B2B initiatives that bolster our presence within the industry. The role: The Account Executive, Sales & Sponsorships will focus on the B2B side of the company, working to drive revenue through sponsorship sales, advertising deals, paid partnerships, member benefits, and other programs. The ideal candidate will serve as our core connector and closer, bringing energy, ideas, and results to our emerging B2B function. The role will report to the Associate Director of Sales & Partnerships and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization. This role requires someone with empathy, energy, and strong interpersonal skills - someone who builds trust with current and future sponsors, advertisers, and B2B partners. The Account Executive will help advance opportunities through the pipeline, strengthen relationship management, and convert prospects into impactful, long-term B2B deals that elevate the Harvest Hosts’ brand.
