About The Position

As an Account Executive at Single Stop, you will drive the end-to-end sales cycle—from identifying and nurturing leads to closing deals and expanding our client base. You’ll showcase our innovative products and technology, strategically build and manage a robust sales pipeline and play a pivotal role in growing Single Stop’s national footprint. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of professionals to expand Single Stop's presence across the country and facilitate the widespread adoption of Single Stop's Technology. This will include using research and customer feedback to inform the direction taken by the business development team as it pursues new markets and engages in customer relations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of successful track record in a B2B model selling SaaS-based product solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to 'hunt' prospect and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and other CRM tools
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data and trends to develop long and short-term strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse set of key stakeholders from government, education, and non-profit sectors collaboratively.
  • Strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality laws and practices with an emphasis on these as they interface with technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented approach with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively at the same time.
  • The ability to operate independently and in close coordination with teams and strategic partners.
  • Keen attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
  • The flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Researching, identifying and contacting potential clients to establish arrange meetings
  • Conducting a thorough and dynamic demonstration of Single Stop’s products and technology to drive product adoption and sales.
  • Managing a pipeline from lead to proposal to adoption. Set targets that align with Single Stop's strategic sales plan, and track sales growth.
  • Tracking and understanding trends in State and local benefit systems to identify new markets for Single Stop technology and potential community partners.
  • Assisting the Director of Business Development with conceptualizing and creating marketing for the organization with a focus on maintaining brand identity and integrity in service of reaching a wider audience.
  • Contributing to Single Stop's role as a thought leader by creating and sharing content on social media.
  • Assisting in conducting market research and analysis to provide informed feedback to Single Stop's leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospective needs, and product development recommendations.
  • Providing customer feedback to the engineering and product teams to help them develop plans for new software features.
  • Conducting funder prospect research to identify opportunities for philanthropic fundraising in coordination with the Director of Business Development.
