Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Account Executive to support engagement renewals and ensure long-term client retention for our Cybersecurity / Information Security Services (ISS) team. This will be a full-time, in-office position, based out of either our world headquarters located in Lakewood, NJ or our Las Vegas, NV office.   • Manage the end-to-end ISS renewal process for your region, ensuring all opportunities are proactively identified, tracked, and closed within established timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with ISS clients and the ISS PMO through networking and outbound outreach, ensuring timely renewals and up-to-date contracts.
  • Advocate for GLI’s ISS offerings, including penetration testing and advisory services, to existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Lead client conversations to understand their needs and tailor solutions that address their unique cybersecurity and compliance challenges.
  • Prepare pricing workbooks based on previous scopes and client discussions and deliver compelling proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed KPI’s, including: Initiating client outreach >60 days prior to renewal date, ensuring less than 5% of renewals are client initiated, and reducing turnaround time for preparing renewal quotes.
  • Support the global ISS business by protecting and expanding recurring revenue and gross margin.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries and RFQ requests to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide data and analysis on renewal performance, losses, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal processes to drive visibility, efficiency, and alignment across teams and regions.
  • Deliver ISS-related information to clients, strengthening trust and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent GLI and ISS at industry events and conferences, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales in cybersecurity, information security, or technology services is required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to varied audiences.
  • Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewals, client discussions, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset, with the ability to analyze data and propose practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, cybersecurity or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience selling to highly regulated industries (e.g. gaming, finance, healthcare) is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with information security services and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) is a strong asset.
