As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding MANTL’s footprint across large banks and financial institutions. Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience with a history of closing 6-figure plus deals to C-level decision makers
  • Experience selling software or cloud based solutions to enterprise banks
  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales: Experience managing long, intricate cycles with numerous stakeholders across an organization.
  • High mental velocity & strategic thinking: Quick, deep problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments; demonstrated through academic rigor and real-time strategic handling of complex scenarios.
  • You take a consultative, thoughtful approach to selling
  • Experience maintaining a strong sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll own complex, consultative sales cycles with enterprise banks, guiding senior stakeholders through strategic conversations that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • You’ll help acquire new banking customers and partners, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of the financial services industry.
