We are now seeking a full-time Account Executive/Recruiter to join our team and grow with us. This position plays a key role in both sales and recruiting —building strong relationships with clients while sourcing, screening, and placing skilled construction professionals in the field. Prior recruiting experience is preferred. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience recruiting in construction, skilled trades, light industrial, or related industries, along with the ability to manage a full sales and staffing cycle.
