Requirements
- At least one year of successful sales or client relationship experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Interest or background in real estate, Fix & Flip, property management, or construction
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with real estate investors and property professionals
- Learn how to structure and present financing options for Fix & Flip and RLT projects
- Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Guide clients through every step of the loan process - from first conversation to closing
- Collaborate with our experienced lending team to deliver exceptional service and fast results
