Our Account Executive – Re-Engagement will be essential in providing the highest level of service to our small business customers by re-engaging aged leads and past clients, uncovering fresh opportunities, and guiding them toward funding. Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and consistently hit KPIs/sales metrics.
  • Experience re-engaging aged data, dormant clients, or past accounts.
  • Strong communication skills—you can connect with business owners from every walk of life.
  • Consultative sales mindset—focused on solving problems, not just selling a product.
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, inside sales environments with shifting priorities.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Coachability—you welcome feedback and put it into action immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Re-engage aged leads and past clients with professionalism, empathy, and energy.
  • Take a customer service–driven approach to sales—listening first, recommending second.
  • Educate small business owners on lending solutions and guide them through the next steps.
  • Ask the right questions to uncover needs—even if it means going beyond the script.
  • Maintain a healthy, active pipeline while hitting and exceeding KPI goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to share wins, strategies, and insights.
