The Role You will drive New Sales team performance and revenue impact in tandem with the existing Account Executive Program Manager by ensuring sellers have the skills, confidence, knowledge, and resources to execute effectively. You will design, deliver, and iterate on enablement programs and training—both 1:1 and group—while maintaining accurate, accessible sales processes and high-impact communications. You will identify opportunities to improve seller performance, maintain standards, and scale best practices to maximize revenue outcomes and ensure clarity and alignment that contribute to the overall success of Bloomerang's projects.
