The Account Executive - Private Client role presents an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing firms in the industry and is a key player on the Monarch - Personal Lines Team. The Account Executive – Private Client (AE) is a client-facing advisor responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive personal insurance programs for high-net-worth individuals and families. The AE combines technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to ensure client risks are identified, addressed, and continuously optimized. This role works closely with producers, service teams, and carriers to deliver tailored risk strategies, seamless execution, and an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in Private Client / High-Net-Worth personal lines insurance.
  • Professional designations preferred or willingness to pursue (e.g., CPRIA, CPRM, CPCU).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a Private Client book of business.
  • Strong consultative, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized personal risk strategies, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages (yacht, aviation, collectibles, family office, cyber).
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend enhancements to safeguard client assets.
  • Provide guidance on complex exposures, including multi-state and international placements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Private Client relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding, renewal discussions, and coverage reviews.
  • Coordinate claims advocacy and ensure timely, efficient resolution with carriers.
  • Maintain client retention rates at or above 95%.
  • Partner with producers to drive new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities (e.g., flood, excess liability, cyber, fine art).
  • Support new business development through proposals, presentations, and prospect meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with workflows, documentation standards, and carrier requirements.
  • Collaborate with Client Success team members to ensure accurate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives that improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
