About The Position

As a seasoned litigation support sales professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with target clients and designing the right sales approach for each opportunity. You will operate with a hospitality mindset, understanding the importance of personalization at scale to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve driving new and existing business, tracking sales targets, and maintaining accountability to your personal KPIs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, developing and maintaining long-term relationships while supporting them via phone and email with professionalism and exceptional communication skills. Additionally, you will consult with clients, anticipate their needs, and offer effective solutions to secure conversions. Monitoring and analyzing client usage of products and services will be crucial to increase product adoption and revenue. You will also conduct virtual demonstrations of Steno’s products for prospective clients and work cross-functionally with internal teams to stay updated on new product releases and market needs. Travel to company-sponsored events and client functions will be required to develop and deepen business relationships.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant Account Management or Sales experience.
  • Experience in outside sales, expected to be in the field 3-4 days a week.
  • High-activity, metrics-focused salesperson with an understanding of predictable revenue models.
  • Experience with case management software or matter management.
  • Comfortable in a high-tech environment and a power user of tech in daily work life.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRMs, and digital-first communication.
  • Skilled in solution selling with exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Desire to work with a fast-paced and quickly growing tech start-up.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the litigation support or court reporting industry.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques specific to technology sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new and existing business, tracking sales targets and staying accountable to personal KPIs.

Benefits

  • Commission: 5% on Steno Revenue
  • Anticipated first year OTE: $125k-$150k+
