About The Position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – US Market to drive business expansion in the USA. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role within the organization, directly contributing to revenue growth and market penetration. As the face of Flipspaces in the US, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and nurturing a strong client pipeline for our Design & Build services and Institutional Products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / full-cycle sales roles within real estate, design & build, workplace interiors, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the US commercial real estate landscape.
  • Proven track record in building client relationships and managing sales pipelines.
  • Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and closing deals
  • Demonstrated success in market or channel development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and leading CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network of commercial real estate brokers, architects, and designers in the US.
  • Prior experience in Design & Build or workplace interiors.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth by building and converting a qualified pipeline of opportunities within the US commercial real estate market for Design & Build services and Institutional Products.
  • Network Building: Develop and leverage a strong partner ecosystem (real estate brokers, builders, contractors, designers, architects) to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate deal closures.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design effective campaigns and create impactful marketing collaterals tailored to the US market.
  • Sales Execution: Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including client engagement, solutioning, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, procurement) and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Channel Partner Development: Build and activate a structured partner network (brokers, leasing agents, property managers, architects, designers) to drive consistent pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Flipspaces at relevant online and offline events to strengthen brand presence and drive qualified leads.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasts, and performance reporting; provide market insights and revenue updates to leadership.
