Routeware is seeking a dedicated sales professional to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, and managing the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities. This includes initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, RFP submission, negotiation, and deal signing. The candidate will develop strong, long-term relationships with senior management within assigned territories and work closely with Routeware’s pre-sales, post-sales, and executive management teams to ensure that offerings meet customers’ business and technology needs. Adherence to corporate ethical policies and strong personal communication skills are essential for establishing interest and trust with prospects. Regular travel to regional prospect and customer locations is required to support lead generation and relationship-building.
