Responsibilities

Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding the customer base.
Determine, generate and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through single-family, multi-family, and commercial property management companies.
Identify ways to attract more prospects.
Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services.
Create marketing materials and sales tools that target key decision-makers.
Develop sales strategies to qualify and close interested prospects.
Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices.
