About The Position

We are on a hunt to hire a detail-oriented Mortgage Account Executive to provide a front-line response to inquiries regarding our residential home financing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge, exposure, and familiarity with local Mosques and the surrounding Muslim-American community required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person.
  • A genuine passion for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Secure home financing applications resulting in at least 3-4 closed home financing contracts per month.
  • Offer top-notch customer service, ensuring a transparent and professional home financing process for clients.
  • Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, spotlighting the advantages of our Sharia-Compliant home financing product.
  • Arrange and lead educational seminars at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings to inform potential customers about our services.
  • Collaborate closely with our knowledgeable management team to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
