About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth within small to mid-sized law firms across the U.S. This role offers the opportunity to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using a consultative, solution-oriented approach. You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand operational challenges and position solutions that enhance efficiency, profitability, and scalability. This is a high-impact role ideal for a structured, self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic SaaS environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying ahead of industry trends will be key to your success.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience selling into law firms or professional services organizations is strongly preferred; legal tech SaaS background is a plus.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles (60–180+ days).
  • Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and skilled in pipeline management.
  • Self-starter mindset with experience working in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Developing and executing strategic territory and account plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Delivering tailored product demonstrations that align with firm workflows and business goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Managing Partners, COOs, Legal Administrators, and IT leaders.
  • Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes and longer consultative sales cycles.
  • Accurately forecasting pipeline activity and maintaining CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success for seamless handover.
  • Keeping up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging legal tech solutions.
