As an Account Executive (US Mid-Market), you will lead the charge in acquiring and growing mid-market customers across the US. This role is pivotal in accelerating Cognism's growth in the region—delivering value to commercial prospects, collaborating cross-functionally, and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your Mid-Market territory.
  • Lead end to end sales, from outbound prospecting & strategy to tailored demos and contract negotiation.
  • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Shape and iterate our go-to-market approach for the UK mid-market.
  • Regularly shadow peers, seek feedback, and contribute to a learning-focused culture.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline insights to sales leadership.
  • Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling into Computer Software, Transportation, Hospitality & Tourism, Pharma or similar sectors is a bonus.
  • Confident communicator who can inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and excited by change.
  • Skilled in uncovering pain points and tailoring your message.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 / year
  • Commission: Variable, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $160,000 - $200,000 (based on quota achievement)
