About The Position

Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise @ Klaviyo! Hybrid Role Requirement: Denver, CO Team: Sales – Mid-Enterprise At Klaviyo, we believe every customer interaction is an opportunity to build stronger relationships. We’re looking for a Mid-Enterprise Account Executive to join our tenured, high-performing team selling into some of the world’s most recognizable brands. This is more than just closing deals. It's an opportunity to shape the future of our upmarket business by bringing Klaviyo to customers who are reimagining their marketing tech stack. From first touch to signed agreement, you’ll own the full sales cycle—partnering closely with teams across Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive long-term value for our customers. You’ll be selling to companies like Marc Jacobs, Walmart’s Home Brands, TaylorMade Golf, and Citizen Watches. It’s a big responsibility—and a bigger opportunity.

Requirements

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available to be in-office 3 days/week
  • 6+ years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
  • Comfortable navigating strategic deals with multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes
  • Experienced in technical selling—able to communicate value with clarity and confidence
  • Resilient in the face of challenges and energized by a fast-moving environment
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong influencing skills
  • Committed to learning, sharing, and contributing to a high-trust sales culture

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the marketing automation or CDP space is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow Klaviyo’s Mid-Market and Enterprise client base
  • Drive full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Create and execute territory and account strategies for long-term growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a world-class buying experience
  • Provide mentorship and leadership across the AE team
  • Share market insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions
