About The Position

Join VRC Engineered Solutions, a trusted innovator in custom-molded solutions, as a Medical Sales Account Executive. In this remote role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving long-term business growth. You’ll collaborate across divisions, leverage your expertise in medical products, and navigate industry regulations to deliver exceptional solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (FDA, HIPAA, etc.) and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with healthcare-specific platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s medical products and services to healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes for new projects, managing the process from initiation to completion.
  • Submit annual sales forecasts and refine projections based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, and quality assurance teams on product updates and compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed on healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
