Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (advertising, marketing, or science major preferred).
  • 1+ years of Health advertising, meded, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams).

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to one or more account teams, coordinating day-to-day project tasks.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and meeting recaps.
  • Schedule internal and client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Manage interactions and coordinate services with external vendors.
  • Support senior team members in meeting client needs and delivering high-quality work.
  • Communicate project status updates effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Utilize client review systems (e.g., Veeva, Zinc) to manage projects and feedback.
  • Deepen your understanding of medical education projects and best practices.
  • Adhere to internal processes, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential challenges and opportunities.
