HoldMyTicket, a national leader in ticketing and event software based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a skilled and motivated Account Executive to drive new business and expand our client base across entertainment, music, sports, and event industries. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, technology-driven environment and enjoys building meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in a hunter sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Salesforce experience (preferred).
  • The ability to showcase experience and strong sales skill set including; lead generation, cold calling, working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the event or ticketing industry and a passion for live experiences is a plus.
  • Experience in event ticketing sales will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the ticketing industry.
  • Pursue prospects gathered through marketing, trade show, cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ business objectives and pain points.
  • Demonstrate solutions powered by HoldMyTicket that address client specific requirements and delivery maximum value.
  • Negotiate pricing, signing bonus, terms and contracts to close deals in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Represent HoldMyTicket at industry trade shows to promote products as required.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track, build and monitor your sales plan and targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
