About The Position

The Large Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling Dayforce HCM solutions to large, complex organizations with 12,000+ employees within an assigned vertical or geographic territory. While this role is primarily focused on driving new business, the Large Enterprise AE may also support expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 7+ years prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities or 5+ years consistently achieving enterprise-level sales objectives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets over multiple years.
  • Experience in consultative sales engagements within HR technology, ERP software, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with mid-level and executive stakeholders by understanding business drivers and value expectations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel moderately to extensively based on territory requirements.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to lead multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex buying committees and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Attain and exceed sales quota by creating and executing a strategic business plan to grow revenue and expand Dayforce’s value footprint.
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers within the assigned territory or vertical.
  • Leverage knowledge of prospect business models, industry dynamics, and Dayforce capabilities to create and advance opportunities.
  • Establish and execute effective sales strategies supported by competitive intelligence and compelling business cases.
  • Lead complex sales engagements and coordinate cross-functional resources to address customer needs.
  • Conduct negotiations on behalf of Dayforce to drive successful deal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely pipeline, forecast, and customer data within CRM systems.
  • Capture all relevant sales activity and adhere to defined sales processes and timelines.
  • Stay current on Dayforce processes, product updates, and market positioning.
  • Complete HCM certifications and maintain strong product proficiency.
  • Clearly articulate how Dayforce HCM applications solve complex business challenges and differentiate from competitors.
